Biography
Eugene Rocco Utley is a young American filmmaker born in Georgetown, South Carolina. He attended school at Clemson University and graduated in 2021 with a degree in World Cinema. Since graduating he has worked with independent filmmaking as a director, writer, editor, producer, and composer, most notably for his upcoming short film A Gift for and from the Shallows. This short film has already won Best Actor for a Short Film and Best Director for a Short Film at the Kiez Berlin Film Festival, and will have its World Premiere at the Myrtle Beach International Film Festival.
