Biography
An Iraqi comic actor born in Baghdad in 1946. He portrayed iconic comedic characters that cannot be replicated, most notably the role of Rajab in the television series The Wolf and the Eyes of the City. He is also considered one of the pillars of Iraqi cinema, having participated in many films that dominated theaters and achieved major box-office revenues in Iraqi cinemas at the time. He also held numerous administrative positions contributing to the management and development of Iraq’s artistic movement.
