After the disappearance of his wife Juha has lost control of his life as well as the connection to his son. One morning a visitor comes to his door and the one-day love story following this encounter leads Juha to crossroads. We Have Heaven is a short film about old junk, nocturnal organ ballads and cosmic distances.

Three teammates unwind from a hockey game defeat by testing the limits of their friendship. The film is a part of The Hotel Room -short film series, in which all eight stories are set in the same room and told by different up-and-coming filmmakers.

Combining the animation aesthetics of tacky kids’ TV shows of the 70s with striking horror imagery and pairing it all with an appropriate soundtrack makes SleepyBear the kind of an assault on the senses that nightmares are made of.
