Billy Lopez (born July 27, 1982) is an American writer, composer, producer, and voice actor. He is most known for creating Nickelodeon's Welcome to the Wayne, as well as being the voice of the main character Olly. He's also known for being a writer and composer in The Wonder Pets. He has also worked on Peg+Cat, and 3rd & Bird as a writer.
