Third movie in the “Mihrez” franchise. Selma and Muzaffer are newlyweds. Their child is born under mysterious circumstances. However, this birth seems to foreshadow certain events that took place in the past. After the birth, strange events occur in the village and within the family, and a great curse begins.

Me Nokta Ali is an unlucky, ill-fated young man who works at the population registry office. Due to a clerical error in his birth certificate, he starts life at a disadvantage. He is impulsive, blurting out whatever comes to mind without thinking. After his grandfather's death, Me Nokta Ali moves to the city to work at a hospital. Not only does he cause chaos at the hospital, but he also falls in love.

Gümrah has a terrible past. He lives in a village. When he comes home one day after work, his entire life changes. After he goes mad after what he sees, Gümrah faces with inexplicable events that will change the course of the universe. Thus, a race against time begins.
