Biography
Sona Movsesian started out working as an assisant for Conan O'Brien on Conan, and appeared multiple times on the show. Her most notable segments include binge-watching 58 episodes of Friends while at work, being interviewed instead of Kumail Nanjiani when he had to cancel last-minute, and traveling to Armenia with Conan in an episode of Conan Without Borders. Sona Movsesian has been the co-host of Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend since 2018, alongside Conan O'Brien and Matt Gourley. In 2022 her book The World's Worst Assistant was released, about her time working for Conan O'Brien and how she ended up becoming "The World's Worst Assistant".
