Ahmad joins forces with Canadian filmmaker Jawad Mir (Only 78), to document his journey in the detention centre, with hopes he will eventually be granted asylum in Europe or Canada. Through the stress of leaving his family, and the anxiety of not knowing how many years it will take, Ahmad strives to maintain his determination while making the lives of those around him better if he can.
