A beekeeper is trying to move north at the end of the summer. He has a wife with Alzheimer’s disease who is always lost in different places. Their children are looking for a solution and want to send their mother to a nursing home before their father moves. The old man is unsure of what to do.

A young disabled boy’s lifelong wish may be realised when his friends encounter a swan by the pond, which tradition says can heal everything. Together, the group of friends decide to make the journey together for this once in a lifetime chance.
