He spends his days roaming the house, on the toilet, snorting pain killers and reluctantly having drinks with his old childhood friend, John. When Tim's mom leaves the house to attend the opening of her other son, Lucas' play, she asks her cleaning woman, Isabel, a Latina immigrant, to stay after hours to keep an eye on Tim.
