Eladio José Lárez Villamizar (born 8 June 1941) is a Venezuelan businessperson and TV Presenter.
Documentary directed by Liliane Blaser about the social uprising known as the Caracazo, which erupted in Venezuela on 27 February 1989 and ended with the massacre of between 2000 to 3000 people.
During Venezuela's regional elections of December 1995, Rómulo votes for the first time. Through his experience, this experimental documentary reflects on civic participation and the practice of democracy. The film received awards at Viart '96 and was selected for the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema in Havana and the Bonn Video Biennale, both in 1996.
