First result of a series of films in which I focus on filming a 360° tour with the camera on its own axis. This time, portraying Plaza Sol in Madrid at two different times. Moving in one direction, I shoot three frames for each shot, leaving the next three frames unexposed. Weeks later, through the process of manually rewinding the reel, I take back the black frames and shoot them in the opposite direction. An attempt to create a tension between opposite directions, both of the camera and the filmed bodies.

In early 2020, MUTA - International Festival of Audiovisual Appropriation and Cine Íntimo rescued and digitised a Peruvian archive of orphaned 8mm and Super 8 home movies. With the aim of restoring these lost memories, we sent the images around the world. This omnibus film is the result of the intervention of this material, by 14 experimental filmmakers. Fourteen perspectives and ways of experiencing appropriation. Fourteen variations on the intimate.

Through videos recorded with night cameras, it seeks to enter a foreign body and experience its journey between waiting and kidnapping, developing an attention to our own cognitive process.

It all starts with the disturbing image of a heart as a symbol of life, along with a compulsive rhythm of systole and diastole. Both serving as engine for starting to delve into the family memories, the social conventions, the existence and its opposite. Produced and edited, quite literally, with an open heart.

A passing between inside and out. Two spaces that I inhabit and that coexist in the same timeline through camera montage. I film a 360º portrayal of Tierno Galvan park in Madrid, leaving frames unexposed throughout the film. Later, manually rewinding the film to the start, I return to the black frames to portray the interior of my room.

Tap the Super 8 reel itself to use it as a film camera using a pinhole device technique. With an aluminum plate over the window that allows 6 frames of film to be seen, and with a hand-slided shutter, light bathes the film through the holes. A search to capture another type of movement.
