This is a timely drama that examines the different attitudes toward temp workers and regular employees, and the ways to overcome frictions in interpersonal relationships. This follows an October report on labor conditions by the Labor Ministry, which showed that, after regulations were relaxed, the proportion of regular employees to Temps had doubled compared to that of eight years ago.

Fukabori Marie is a charismatic wedding planner and company president who is relied on by everyone, regardless of whether she is her boss or subordinate. Her husband Yusaku, an unsuccessful manga artist on the verge of going out of business, and his son, Junki, who dreamed of becoming an idol but was rejected at an audition, lost his way. In addition, her father who became alone due to a middle-aged divorce also came and she had to feed three useless men!

Yurugi Akifumi’s class is popular, but the students don't pay attention to his lectures. Sendawara Ichika though listens attentively. He often talks about the meaning of life and its importance. Sendawara Ichika and Yurugi Akifumi slowly get closer, but Yurugi Akifumi suddenly quits his job at the university and disappears. One day, Sendawara Ichika meets Yurugi Akifumi again and she hopes to continue their relationship, but Yurugi Akifumi tells her something unexpected.

Kotaro Yuki is a 26-year-old man. When he was a child, he played baseball with fierce determination. Since then, he hasn't given his best to anything else. After he quit his job, he just spends his days meaninglessly. He lives in a house that his parents left behind. One day, a mysterious man appears in front of Kotaro Yuki. The man introduces himself as Kotaro Yuki's former pet dog Ten. When Kotaro Yuki was a child, he did have a pet dog named Ten. The mysterious man proceeds to freak out Kotaro Yuki. He knows things only that his pet dog Ten would know. Kotaro Yuki begins to wonder if the man could really be Ten?

The main characters of this story are eight high school boys who are in the so-called "Yarogumi", the only class which has only boys. Of course, there is no opportunity to interact with girls and the group has lost the ability to talk to them so, in order to get a girlfriend, the eight work hard to overcome their "illness", even though they always end up failing.
