An elderly Malaysian-Tamil couple discovers their male goat, set for ceremonial slaughter, is pregnant. Torn between faith and the expectations of their community, they struggle to decide whether to slaughter it or face the wrath of the gods.

After Ratna rises from the dead during her funeral, her silent body begins performing unexplained healings, turning her husband Arif into the reluctant center of a growing frenzy. As villagers, opportunists, and religious authorities descend, faith and exploitation collide, and the miracle spirals beyond control.

Based on the idea, "What if Bonnie and Clyde had kids?", the story takes place in the wild midland of Malaysia, in the aftermath of a robbery during which an outlaw couple decide to abandon their kids, Maya and J, in a safe house and make a run for it. Unfamiliar with their surrounding world and eager to be reunited with their parents, Maya and J decide to live their lives on their own terms. As the story progresses, the kids begin to replicate the actions and wild behavior of their parents in an attempt to find a way to get close to them.

In the aftermath of the world's greatest financial shams, a Malaysian child finds solace and guidance from an unlikely figurehead. The docu-fiction uses the juxtaposition of its namesake as a jumping-off point to create a highly evocative odyssey through the Malaysian youth consciousness.
