John is a socially awkward handyman who makes a living doing odd jobs, while living out of his car. He is known for being dependable among his clients and when he is hired to do a dangerous task, he must prove that this is the case.

A young couple, Mads and Theresa, spend the night in a shelter deep in the forest. Mads is deeply in love and plans to propose to Theresa, which is why he has taken her on an overnight trip to the forest. But things don't go as he had expected.
