In order to study fashion in so-desired Paris, a young country girl who hates Carnival travels to Rio de Janeiro to try to get support from the most famous designer in Brazil. Set on sneaking into the sewing team of one of the biggest samba schools, she will discover that Carnival only lasts for a week, but a love story can change her entire life.

During the selection process for a film, actors show the struggle and tiredness of those who decide to make a living from Art. While parading their truths, fictional characters merge with recurring narratives from the actor's daily life. But who is just an actor and who is a character?

To avoid losing her family home, a talented visual artist deceives an entire town with an accidentally concocted hoax, leading her to create unusual situations to maintain the lie.
