Biography
Mike is a screenwriting professor at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with an MFA in screenwriting, and Doctorate in Leadership. He began writing for the screen after his retirement from the Navy where he served at the Naval Academy. He writes for film but is also a novelist. His freshman attempt, The Virus Chronicles, was published in 2015. Mike has produced several independent films, as well as directed features,. Mike is from NYC, but makes his home primarily in N.C.
