Biography
Kemal Kan, whose real name is Nurhan Tüzünkan, was born in Istanbul in 1929. He graduated from Istanbul Erkek High School. He graduated from Istanbul Law Faculty and Istanbul Municipality Conservatory Theater Department. He took the stage in Sariyer and Eminönü Community Centers during his student years. In 1952, he moved to cinema as an assistant director in Nuri Akinci's Beyoglu Esrari. He started acting in 1955 with the movie Irz Enemies, also directed by Nuri Akinci. In 1960, he made the transition to directing with the movie Zalim Kader. He founded Ne-Ka Film in 1967 and became a producer and director. He wrote the scripts for many of the films he directed. He directed films in many fields from village films to sex films. Continuing his cinema studies until the late 1980s, Kan passed away in 1997 in Istanbul

The film tells the story of a police officer who pursues a gang involved in drug trafficking. Ali Cengiz is called to Istanbul to take over a drug trafficking operation. The only person who knows the details of the case is murdered on the evening he is supposed to meet with Ali Cengiz. The young police officer begins to follow the trail with the limited information he has. His suspicions lead him to Kenan, the casino owner. However, he has no evidence. Selma, the daughter of the murdered commissioner, is trying to find clues among the papers left behind by her father. Ali Cengiz will only be able to find a definite lead through her.

The film is about two friends trying to take down a crime gang. Metin, who was recently suspended from his job as a police officer, is making a living doing other jobs. He befriends Münir, a police detective who has recently moved to the same neighborhood. Münir is currently investigating a criminal gang that the police have been tracking. He offers Metin the opportunity to work together. At first, Metin is reluctant to get involved. However, he eventually decides to do everything in his power to help Münir dismantle the gang.
