The affair of a married Palestinian man and a married Israeli woman in Jerusalem takes a dangerous political dimension when they are spotted in the wrong place at the wrong time, leaving them to deal with more than their broken marriages.

Sawsan is 22-years-old and, like many her age who still live at home: feels suffocated and regularly fights with her parents. Eventually she decides to run away and journey into the night life of Bethlehem city where she finds an unexpected surprise.

A young man from a refugee camp embarks on a perilous journey in order to fulfil his little brother's wish: to throw his milk tooth into the sea.
