To solve the brutal murder of a young German surfer, two officers are secretly sent to the tourist paradise Hvide Sande on Denmark's west coast. No one in the city trusts the police, so they go undercover as a happily married couple from the big city.

Based on an original idea by best-selling Danish novelist Elsebeth Egholm, the series follows the inquiries of a special unit at Copenhagen's police force, consisting of detective inspector Katrina Ries Jensen and forensic psychiatrist Thomas Schaeffer. The pair specialise in serial killers that do not fit within traditional behavioural patterns.

Twenty-three-year-old Sebastian still lives at home and spends all his time playing Counter-Strike. When Sebastian's parents get tired of their son's lethargy and throw him out of the house, he is forced to support himself, so he starts his own team.

Sonny, Richael, Steen and Patric dream of doing the perfect heist, but all have very different ideas about how it's done right. The tension rises as they have to spend a night in jail - after yet another failed heist. However, as the night progresses they have to come to terms with each other, in order to plan the perfect heist.

Chili is an ordinary girl, who on an ordinary summers day ventures out to a countryside lake for a swim - all alone. The lake seems deserted, and little does she sense how someone or something is watching her. Equally little does she know that below her in the deep something else is stirring. In the end Chili must face not only the mysterious stalker but also face the terrible secret of the lake.
