A young couple, eight months pregnant, impulsively return from their family vacation. Halfway there, their car breaks down, and they are stranded in the mountains. In the midst of searching for shelter, they arrive at an abandoned roadside shelter. The pressure of the baby's imminent arrival and the difficulty in finding help awaken an inner labyrinth of anxiety within the young couple.

Mendoza, Argentina, 2002. In a country in crisis and marked by street violence, Boby, an entrepreneur, creates a TV show to sell home video cameras. The program is based on a contest that rewards the most violent footage of all those filmed by people on the street.

Tito, a veterinary student must share his apartment with a total stranger, who makes his life miserable and doesn't let him concentrate on his studies for his final thesis so that he can return to his hometown.
