It is near future story in Anatolia. There is no indication of time and place, an post-apocalyptic world that ruled over by primitive technology. Zait, a loyal mine worker who works for a mine factory which is managed by unknowns, declares war against the factory.

The story takes place in Karabakh mountains in 1992, in the times of Armenian-Azerbaijani war. A small group of Armenian soldiers is working their way through the snow to reach the necessary point. One of them is so exhausted, that he can't keep on going. He is obliged to stay and wait for the reinforcement. He is left alone with the body of the Azerbaijanian soldier, who was shot by his companion. Checking his I.D., he discovers that they are from the same town, that they are countrymen.

Feature film created by 10 famous Armenian film directors and scriptwriters. The movie consists of 10 short stories lasting about seven minutes each, "10 life stories" beaded like "pearls" on an "endless thread" called Yerevan. Each story is shot in a definite genre and differs from the rest by its concept as well as signature, yet all the stories integrate into a bright mosaic, reflecting nowadays Yerevan life.
