Biography
Enrique Buleo was born in a small village in La Mancha (Spain). He studied Fine Arts. He did several solo exhibitions until ge finally left his plastic work to devote himself entirely to filmmaking. In 2012 he made the short film SÂNGERETE and in 2014 IN SELF DEFENSE where he began to take an interest in rural environment and tragicomic plots. In 2016 he did DECOROSA a short which for 60 selections and eight awards in national and international festival. in 2019 he directed HELL AND SUCH where he deals with his favourite topics: the hostile human face, the illusory hope or the involuntary comedy, The short, produced by Quatre films, travelled around important film festivals. Ir won the Special Mention of Jury in Clermont-Ferrand and the ARTE TV Award in Dresde Film Festival.
