During the year 2000, Ricardo, Pollo, Walter and Chiqui occupied a house in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Congreso. The four young people forge a strong friendship that leads them to go through different stories of crime, drugs and social marginalization.
In a violent city, one man will fight for what he believes. His nickname is the Merchi and he enters the dark world of moneylenders and debt collectors to earn quick money to try and save his ailing father. His work as a collector requires him to press the debtors hard, but the Merchi is incapable of hurting people, which causes no end of problems with Alonso, his violent and sadistic partner.
Brian gets into a fight with a group of elite rugby players after feeling humiliated and is injured. He decides to face them again, but this time armed. A film of revenge, of street epic, of camaraderie and neighborhood warriors.
