"16+" centers on a group of four friends – Māra, Mārtiņš, Edgars, and Pauls, who study in the same class. As the new school year begins, two girls – Laura and Amanda – join the class, whose arrival and attitude shake up the seemingly stable friendship. A series of events begins, in which everyone is drawn into it, and it is clear that no one will get out of it easily.

Raimonds Pauls is almost 85 years old, rehearses almost every day and performs at least once a week. What drives him? The Latvian Television film crew follows him during the pandemic, realizing that the restrictions and threats of Covid-19 hardly stop the Maestro in the course of his eternal engine. How does he cope with the challenges that time imposes on a person's physical form and the loneliness when most friends have passed away? What is the source of his inexhaustible lifestyle and creative spirit?

The story of what we would do if we were given another chance to see our lost loved ones, even if only for a few minutes. One of the film's characters, Viktor, is given this opportunity, and he goes to see his wife. This is not a horror film or fantasy, but a drama about the human weaknesses that we all possess.

'Žagari' traces the lives of Andrejs and Juris Žagars, brothers from the city of Cēsis, who both became distinguished in the arts as actors and administrators of art institutions, while both also found success as entrepreneurs. The original plan of the filmmakers was to show two strong personalities with their characteristic relationship and rivalries. However, fate intervened during the filming process, transforming the result into a powerful and touching portrait of brotherly love and the importance of family ties.

This year Gunārs Cilinskis would have turned 90 (May 23, 1931–July 25, 1992) – the famous film and stage star passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on July 25, 1992, on the waves of Lake Baltezers while water skiing, at the age of only 61. This documentary and biographical melodrama covers the entire life of Gunārs Cilinskis. "The most handsome man in London" – Gunārs Cilinskis (as his character Michael Goslin was called in the popular film "Theatre," directed by Jānis Streičs, 1978) was a man who did not expose his life to journalists at the time.

Director Pēteris Krilovs has created many significant documentary films and theater performances. At the same time, for more than thirty years he has been an outstanding teacher of acting, who has trained almost a hundred actors, as well as being a teacher to many film and theater directors. Awards winners at the Spēlmaņu nakts (Actors' Night) ceremonies have often expressed their gratitude to their teacher Pēteris Krilovs, as a significant number of Latvia's most prominent stage artists are his students.  Several of Krilov's students' diploma performances have become legendary and unforgettable events in the history of Latvian theater. As Pēteris Krilovs concludes his active teaching career, the film attempts to explore his method of acting, which has allowed the talents of so many brilliant actors and directors to flourish.
