Kamal and his friends Ezzatollah and Bagher are involved in smuggling. They work for Mehdi Jabbar and decide to turn to an honorable profession. One of Kamal's friends named Kazem-Baba is killed by the gendarmes while transporting a smuggled shipment. Before his death, he asks Kamal to take care of his son Amir.
