Ramazan Kiliç who was born in Agri, East of Turkey 1993 studied Cinema-Tv, and Literature at Istanbul Sehir University in Istanbul. His latest film "The School Bus" competed in many prestigious film festivals. Including, Clermont-Ferrand, Leeds, PÖFF Shorts, Odense, Palm Springs, Indy Shorts, and Bogoshorts. Nebahat, a teacher in her 20s, has just been appointed to a rural village school in Anatolia. She realizes that her students are struggling to arrive at school, hitchhiking tractors, using whatever means they can find. She asks the Ministry of Education for a shuttle, but without a driver, the vehicle is useless. So, she decides to be the bus driver for her students but there is a small problem.
The School Bus
Ishak, a teacher serving his compulsory duty in Anatolia, is working to solve the issue of child custody with his ex-wife, while at the same time struggling with Yusuf, the most mischievous student of the class who makes Ishak deviate from his ideals, to assert his authority. As he gradually drifts away, Ishak decides to recover his ideals but soon realizes that nothing will ever be the same again.
