To get his hands on a valuable pod of whales, a 17th-century European daredevil in Newfoundland foolishly attempts to release the powers of the mythical North Wind, who was trapped in a pot thanks to a shared effort by Basque sailors and Mi'kmaq Indians. Now, the descendant of those Indian, Watuna, and the descendants of those Basque sailors, Ane and Peiot, must defeat the evil Athanasius before he achieve his purpose.

The deserts have frozen. The North and South poles are melting. Under the sea the evil robots have carried out an enormous slaughter. The mastermind of it all, evil Lady Control, makes a grave threat: "The children of the world are forbidden from playing with toys, laughing, fun and affection". The world is lost! The only hope is three brave friends. They're not warriors and they don't have weapons. But, they know how to blow up balloons and make people laugh.

A pirate ship called Cain. A treasure hidden inside a stone head in the middle of the ocean. A sea full of sharks. A crab shaped island whose only access is an immense cliff. A pagoda shaped bar. A parrot next door, hanging off the cliff and an immense castle on the rocks. It's Karramarro, Karramarro Island.

The World Music Festival is being held in TronBon’s hometown and the judges are none other than the clowns Txirri, Mirri and Txiribiton. The night before the festival, all the instruments in the town —as well as the clowns— are mysteriously stolen.
