Tiffany Vollmer is an American voice actress and film professional born on July 22, 1973, in Mineola, New York. She is best known for voicing Bulma in the English dubs of *Dragon Ball*, *Dragon Ball Z*, and *Dragon Ball GT* produced by Funimation during the early 2000s. After her time in anime voice acting, she moved into filmmaking, art direction, and teaching. Her voice remains iconic for fans of the early English releases of the Dragon Ball series.
