A powerful terrorist organization known as the Black Cross Army threatens to destroy the Earth, with only the defense organization EAGLE (EArth Guard LEague) able to oppose them. In retaliation, Black Cross Army destroys multiple EAGLE headquarters across Japan, killing all but five people. It was broadcast from February 7, 1981, to January 30, 1982, and is the only Super Sentai series to serve as a direct sequel to its previous series and the only all-male Super Sentai team. Its international English title as listed by Toei is simply Sun Vulcan. This was the last Sentai season to be co-produced with Marvel Comics.

In the fall of 2005, following his father's sudden death, Keisuke and his older brother were left to run their family's small factory, Elena Electric Industry. A once-in-a-century economic crisis threatens the factory's near-bankruptcy, but Keisuke, armed with his innate sexual drive and positive personality, sets out to revive it. His older brother, Ichiro, is constantly stressed, both mentally and physically, by the family debt and unfamiliar mechanical repairs. Meanwhile, his younger brother, Keisuke, is in a tavern, desperate for sex with a woman he met on a dating site, and her friend, Taeko.

Low-budget corporate PR videos and a small company that only produces local commercials. A video production company receives a request to create a promotional video for an acting school called "Tetsuo Juku." The director immediately begins filming, but hears some unsavoury rumours about the school's headmaster, Funaki Tetsuo, from one of the students. Suspicious, the director begins interviewing other students about the rumours, and criminal facts such as harassment and exorbitant tuition fees are revealed one after another. 'The Road' was produced alongside 'The Unknown Man' and were both released together on the same DVD.
