The events of the series revolve around the story of the rise from the bottom to the top of Abdel Ghafour Al Borai (Noor Al Sharif), starting from the agency of Hajj Ibrahim Sardinah (Abdul Rahman Abu Zahra) until he becomes a private business owner who makes a fortune, during which he has admired Fatima (Abla Kamel), a saleswoman. Al-Kushari, whom he admired, passes the days and marries Fatima and gives birth to his son Abdel-Wahhab (Mohamed Riyad), and four girls (Sunni, Bahira, Nafisa, and Nazira), and despite the availability of the elements of happiness in the life of Abdel Ghafour Al-Borai, he suffered from the separation of his only son. In a social comedy framework, the series deals with the conflict between the generation of parents and children, from the attempts of children to be independent and live as they want, as well as problems between newly married couples and the differences between them at the beginning of their married life.

The story revolves around three young men who work as boys for the mechanic, Usta Farag. There is Abbas, who loves Batta and intends to marry her, and Hassouna competes with him over her. Ali, who loves Usta Farag's daughter, Ezza. Hamada, who befriends an addicted girl and makes her hunt men. Abbas tries to collect some money so that he can marry his lover, Batta. He tries to sell a car without Usta Farag knowing, who throws him out of the workshop. He resorts to a gang that steals and dismantles cars. Ali approaches Usta Farag about marrying his daughter, but he throws him out of his workshop.

During the Gulf War, Fatma works as a maid for a wealthy man, and her son Mohammed is suffering from oppression by his teacher Mansour, who's having an affair with Fatima, taking advantage of her difficult circumstances. Mohammad gets drawn to extremist religious world led by Sheikh Khalid.
