Carmen La Roche

Two loners agree to mate their dogs. Eva tries to grieve over the death of her son, and Tomás looks for a baby before his old dog dies. In each visit they find reasons that unite them; and she convinces him that her son's alleged killer is now threatening her. He risks his life to defend her, but discovers that it is a lie.
