Biography
John Doe was born in Olot in 1995. In 2013 began the Videogame Design and Creation studies in FX Animation Barcelona 3D & Film School. In 2018 they enroled in the Film Directing degree in Escuela de Cine de Barcelona (ECIB). In 2021, after producing some short films, movies and series, they carried out LUZ DE MAR, their first short film written and directed by them.

An elder lighthouse keeper takes care of what has been his home for years. Old and secluded from society, he's disturbed by mysterious bottled letters. These and an unexpected malfunction make him doubt his job, his life and his existence.
Sea Light
A married woman discovers her husband is having an affair with a male prostitute and wants to meet the lover to get answers. However, her plans are interrupted when she gets a heart-stopping call from the hospital — her husband had a stroke and is lying unconscious. The wife and the lover — who fell in love with the husband — both rush to the hospital, and the remainder of the film highlights the dynamic of the two grappling with their situation as they both wait for the husband to recover in the ICU.
Blue for a Boy
Elsa is a 6-year-old child who, like anyone her age, wants to live happly and free. She knows that she is different from most, but despite her young age she is clear: she knows that she is a girl and that she is the queen of her life. Who could question it? ELSA talks about tolerance, diversity and the possibility of choosing who we want to be.
