A city is terrorized by vicious drug dealers.
A married man happens to be a crackhead and does whatever it takes to keep it a secret. Even if it means to kill people. Little does he know that the men he owes money to are out to get him.
A disgraced, unappreciative, and dishonest traitor lends his help to take down his boss Jesus Cano, a respected landowner who he betrays just out of hate and envy, using his trucks to transport drugs from the most wanted drug trafficker Reyes. His name is Chano and because of his appearance they call him "El Cara De Chango" (Monkey Face).
Police Commander Falcon is on the hunt for a serial killer. When the murderer switches clothes with a vagabond and fools the police forces he resumes his killings and goes after Falcon and his family.
