Nerdy Hobart Moore is kidnapped by three women, and brought to a house occupied by Gertie, a morbidly obese nymphomaniac. Hobart is more interested in making sure his tropical fish are being fed, than in any of the women.

Monty appears as a chap whose prospective father-in-law, to find out the stuff of which he is made, sets him out to peddle an encyclopedia which no one else can sell.

Virginia Dean enjoys a yachting trip with her father. She falls in love with the captain of the boat, John Reynolds. A gang of criminals has stowed away on board and they take over the yacht and set her father and the crew adrift in a small boat. However, they keep John and Virginia on board.
