Biography
Ayesha Qureshi, better known by her screen name Rozina, is a Pakistani actress. Born Ivy Cynthia to a Pakistani Christian family, she started her film career in 1963 as a supporting actress and gradually progressed to more leading roles. She was labelled as "glamorous actress" by critics and viewers alike. She worked in 61 Urdu and 32 Punjabi films, until her retirement in 1985. She converted to Islam and changed her name upon marriage to Muslim sound specialist Riffat Qureshi. Her nephew is the famous producer Faysal Quraishi. Now, she spends the her life avoiding discussions about her film career and devotes herself to family and religion.
