In addition to solving his students' problems, Sam's unconventional teaching methods often get him into trouble with the strict grammar school headmaster Rácz or his more conservative colleagues. However, the real storm in his life is caused by the arrival of an attractive colleague, Klaudia. The two are fatefully attracted to each other, although neither wants to admit it at first. Lukas' mother has the last hours of her life left. Her biggest wish is for Lukas to have a child. So Lukas asks his neighbor Natalie, who is five months pregnant, to visit his mother in the hospital and tell her that she is going to have his baby. His mother is finally happy - Lukas fulfilled her greatest wish. Soon after, they receive some very happy news - a new heart donor has been found. After the operation, Lukas and Natalie must keep up the act to avoid upsetting his recovering mother. As they play the devoted couple, the web of lies expands, ensnaring family friends and Lukas's colleagues. The deception starts to turn Lukas's life upside down.

In one fairytale land, people lived contentedly for many years, they had their usual joys and worries, they enjoyed the surrounding nature, the majestic forest. In addition to wild animals, birds and butterflies, fairies, goblins, dwarves and other magical and more or less charming creatures, invisible to the human eye, lived here. The rulers of the forest gave the strigóns Bendegúz and Sebela a magical stone that had the power to fulfill human wishes. The Strigôn made a bet whether people would abuse the power of the magic stone or use it for good deeds. Accompanied by the butler Vendelín and sister Júlia, the young count Henrich arrives at the estate, whose task is to improve the property and learn how to farm. Henrich, who has huge debts and a lot of negative character traits, has a different intention. He decides to cut down the forest. However, not only the inhabitants of the forest stand in his way, but also the miller Matúš and his sister, Countess Júlia.

At the end of the world, where time has stopped and even the shadows of ancestors remain faithful to their homes, there is a village where stylized absurdity mixes with the subconscious of the nation and where reality walks hand in hand with dreams and the afterlife.
