The true story of a little boy who was taken from his grandmother's care during the war by a court decision at the request of his father and his upbringing was entrusted to the German authorities. Upbringing means Germanization. The methods used here did not even remotely resemble their noble name. Inhuman treatment and psychological and physical suffering also affected Mirko.
When a person wants to breed racehorses, it's not just a job. You have to literally commit yourself to it. The unnecessarily overcomplicated action story has educational tendencies, as it is mainly aimed at young people - and they need positive role models.
A small Moravian town near Brno in the 1920s. In a forest clearing, the mentally disabled Fricek discovers three dead young people: the nineteen-year-old daughter of the local forest ranger Růžena, the butcher's assistant Hrnčíř, and the former student Roubal. Thus begins a detective story that screenwriter Roman Ráž wrote based on a true story. Inspector Vrba is in charge of investigating the case.
