The film is an allegory of the abuse within the Catholic Church, following a 9 year old boy who has been exposed to cruelty at the hands of the clergy. The story is told from Peter’s point of view, allowing for a subtle and quite symbolic telling of mistreatment and echoes the question- Do you see what I see? Or do you choose not to...?
