He searches for information about his deceased grandfather, discovers that he had to go into exile fleeing the Spanish civil war, escaping throughout Europe until he reached Argentina. But there is no one left alive who can tell him what happened.

TV Utopia was a television channel made by residents of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Caballito. During almost all of the '90s, TV Utopia broadcast content generated by the residents themselves 24 hours a day from apartments, commercial premises, streets, squares or wherever possible. The director participated in that quixotic adventure - which even survived several raids - and now recovers his memory.

This is the story of the return of Don Luis Millán to the place where he was born in Patagonia. He returns looking to recover his Mapuche identity erased by years of discrimination and cultural impositions unrelated to his origin.

Sebastián is moving his old office; since his son was born, he's been working from home. Old VHS tapes, photos, and papers from his youth surface, leading him to reflect on his past as a political activist in his younger days.
