Hui Er is the co-founder of Not Safe For TV - an online visual magazine for experimental video content. Alongside NSFTV, she explores alternative perspectives and progresses the boundaries of online content in the regional landscape. Being a multi-disciplinary creator, her work questions the intersections of different forms of storytelling.
Known For
One Take is a Not Safe For TV (NSFTV) mini web series consisting of nine episodes, each done in a single take. It chronicles the coming-of-age story of three Singaporean youths, James, Claire, and Alicia. over a period of ten years.

When a clinically depressed musician tries to back out on the day she gets the keys to her new rented flat, her closest friend has to coax her with a trip to the arcade and a Macdonald's meal.
Mama

Boon moonlights by disposing bodies for a syndicate in Singapore. While Boon is aware that this is illegal, he takes comfort in knowing that the bodies are being "sent off" as right a way as possible by conducting funeral rites for them. However, Boon starts to question his actions when it hits a little too close to home.
