Each episode features a prize challenge and a challenge where the winning team earns a new teammate, strengthening their group ahead of the final competition. Alongside the contests, the series follows their everyday life at camp, from building shelters and cooking over an open fire to dealing with homesickness and sharing their thoughts in the evenings.
