Vũ Minh Nghĩa

In Vietnam, an almost septuagenarian struggles to live in the unfinished building from which she bought an apartment off plans, while attending a greedy personal development organization. In the shadows of the building left in the state of a reinforced concrete skeleton, a crossover is invented with a young man who has also found refuge there.

Minh lives in a village where every child is born with a tree on their heads, except for him. On graduation day, students who have turned 18 will get their tree cut to signify adulthood. Problems arise when Minh’s sister decides to keep hers.
