Police Detective Hoshino (Kanji Tsuda) investigates the murder of a maid at a mansion belonging to Miyako Rozmberk (Sugimoto), a seductive vampire mistress and "cougar" all in one. Ukyo Kuronuma (Jun Kaname), an Edo-era swordsman who was turned into a vampire by Miyako is fingered for the crime but before anything can be done about it Hoshino ends up under Miyako's spell as well. This leads Hoshino and Ukyo to battle one another for the privilege of staying with Miyako for eternity.

Nozomi Hanada, the underboss of the Kanto Saiseikai Obara Group, lives his life on the path of chivalry while protecting his happy family with his wife Komaki and son Toru. One day, a major incident that shakes the Kanto Yakuza society breaks out. Nishimatsu, the chairman of the Saiseikai, decides to have the popular Obara succeed him, instead of the powerful Fukui. However, the ambitious Fukui is not satisfied with the decision and stabs Nishimatsu to death in order to take the chairman's position. Hojo (played by Hakuryu), a strategist known as a cunning yakuza, serves as the assistant head of the Mikawa Group, an organization based in Kansai. The Mikawa Group is currently moving to invade the Kanto region with the backing of the Owada Group, which controls Yokohama. However, the head of the Owada Group is shot and killed by the Ryujinkai, a rival group that has been at odds with the Owada Group. Hojo, using his subordinate Iwabuchi (played by Yamaguchi Yoshiyuki), begins his strategy to take down the Ryujinkai...
