Thanassis Scroubelos

The story of a poor farmer from Bangladesh who migrate to Greece deported back, attempts to return back to Greece but luck is not on his side.

Eighteen hundred Greek political refugees and their children return to Greece after 35 years of exile in the village of Beloiannisz, built near Budapest in 1950.

Ariadne leaves, searching for the end of what torments her. The unraveling of the tangle will begin. Piece by piece, her anguish will begin to take shape. Like a magical image, the signs of the riddles she must solve will emerge. Riddles inherited from parental sin. The circle will close and open again, bringing either the solution to the drama or a dead end.

Anthology film. In "The Limousine Man", a man who lives by forcing children to sell flowers and beg, when an androgynous creature gets involved in his organisation. In "Tarantula", a serial killer is looking for her father among beggars and ragpickers. In "Sleeping Beauty" a woman brings her father's corpse to a Koulis the Barber, a mortuary beautician.
