Biography
Frederic Goldman (born December 6, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American businessman and advocate, best known as the father of Ronald Goldman, who was murdered in 1994 alongside Nicole Brown Simpson. Following his son’s death, he became a prominent public figure during the highly publicized O. J. Simpson case. Goldman and his family later won a civil lawsuit in 1997 in which Simpson was found liable for the deaths. He has since remained active in pursuing civil justice and advocating for victims’ rights, and is the author of “His Name Is Ron: Our Search for Justice,” which recounts his family’s experience.
