Upon opening its doors, High became the first gay club in Bilbao and the first in Spain to have a dark room. Soon, men from all over began to inhabit its corridors and recesses, sharing the space with curious neighbors who peeked in to enjoy the pornographic films projected by its owner. Over the years, the parties, desires, and fears evolved, while High remained a silent witness to everything that happened inside.
After attempting suicide, Pablo wakes up to discover that something has gone terribly wrong: his body is dead, but his mind is still alive. His parents, clinging to what remains of him, decide to care for him at home. However, as the unstoppable decomposition of his body progresses, their pain and sadness turn into growing revulsion, until they have no choice but to bury him alive.

Somewhere in Sarajevo, an introverted woman named Lejla visits a doctor in order to resolve a mysterious business. The decisions that she makes here will change her life forever. Soon we discovered that Lejla is an actress who is about to attend a very important audition. Against what she expected, the role is taken by her college Sejla, which will increase Lejla's personal frustration. This will lead her to a state of anxiety that will precipitate her calculated plans, revealing that her real intention was to kill Lejla and steal her identity. Although everything seems to work as she planned it, quite soon Lejla's new face starts to cracks, as if her body was rejecting her new self. This will bring her terrible consequences.
