A Turkish mortician in his 30s, Baki is an introverted man content with his isolation from society. However, when he comes up against death at close range, a troubling question strikes him: who would wash his body after he dies? This realization pushes him to venture out into the world, hoping to connect with people and perhaps even find a spouse.
