Five years after Golf's "death," Bank discovers he's alive, and they reunite, facing unresolved questions and a changed society with the help of their friends.

After getting caught in the middle of a gunfight, a young man is shot, leaving his arm injured. A week later, an unfamiliar man named Time, appears at his doorstep claiming to be the one who shot him. At first, the young man was, of course shocked, but yet Time vows to help and not leave him until his arm has healed.

Two rival teen gangs are at odds with each other. When Num's mom is killed by a member of the All Day gang, he joins the rival gang to enact revenge.
