Biography
Will Tracy is a prominent writer, producer, and actor in the industry, renowned for his dark comedic works such as The Menu and Succession. He began his career at The Onion, a satirical newspaper, before transitioning to writing for television shows like Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, where he contributed to 58 episodes and won Emmy Awards. Later, he worked as a writer and producer on Succession, co-wrote the screenplay for The Menu (2022) with Seth Reiss, inspired by a real-life experience at a fine dining restaurant. He also created and wrote The Regime (2024), a television miniseries, and penned the screenplay for Bugonia (2025), a sci-fi comedy directed by Yorgos Lanthimos. Additionally, he has appeared in small acting roles, such as in Succession.
