Elections are fast approaching and there's a tussle for the governorship seat of the Northern Caliphate State of Kowa. Soon personal conflicts intertwine between their families in a race to crown the next Governor.

The film follows the dynamic between him and his dad and the pressure it puts on their relationship when he's forced to come out. Orange Peel highlights some of the current issues that lie deep within some parts of the football community whilst also capturing how difficult it can be for men to express their feelings on and off the pitch.
